I started on a journey to become a better me and put my health first. After completing 21 day fix and seeing my results, I realized I could help others find time to put themselves first as a coach. 

Here are my results after 2 rounds of 21 day fix: I have lost 4 inches in my waist, 3 inches in my hips, 1 inch off of each of my thighs, and 11.2 pounds.
